This can be the order number or the original invoice that came with the item. Once we get the item back, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund. If there is no need for a claim, we will issue a prepaid return label to return the item. If this is an expensive item, we may have to open a claim with the shipper and will need buyer cooperation (and keeping the item/box/packaging). If an item arrives damaged, we will need photos showing the damage.
